I am not sure how I have gone this long without noticing the PointofLaw Forum, a blog by Walter Olson et al. and the Manhattan Institute. I first encountered Walter Olson's work in the early 1990s, when I read The Litigation Explosion. I even suggested inviting him to speak to a nascent Federalist Society chapter in Wilmington, Delaware, but the other members of the governing board of that group were litigators and they were not eager to further Walter's message. I now have a colleague who worries about The Vanishing Trial (pdf). This is not an area I follow closely enough to have any meaningful insights, but I will be following debates about litigation more closely now, with our new link to PointofLaw.com.
