Blog readers will recognize Marquette's workshop speaker today from the Volokh Conspiracy. Todd Zywicki, professor of law at George Mason University and visiting professor of law at Georgetown University Law Center, will be visting Marquette over the next two days. Today, he will speak to students in Room 325 at 3:30 on the topic of "Repealing the 17th Amendment." Tomorrow, Todd will speak to the faculty at noon in Room 318 on the topic of children and obesity.
