Trip to Marquette Law School
Posted by Gordon Smith

I visited Marquette Law School for the first time today, and presented my paper, "The Exit Stucture of Venture Capital." Great feedback, especially from Eric Goldman and Paul Stancil. Of course, Christine hosted, despite teaching two classes today, which is incredibly stressful.

During Christine's afternoon class, I had a nice long visit with fellow Wilmington-Skadden alum Andrew Gold of DePaul, who is working on a paper about contracting out of fiduciary duties. Good stuff.

We capped the day with pasta and pizza near the law school. Christine, Eric, Andrew, and Scott Moss were there. A good time was had by all.
