To spice up the summertime blogging, we've asked my good friend Caroline Bradley to guest blog with us for a couple of weeks. Caroline is a professor at the University of Miami School of Law, but she began her legal career as a solicitor at Freshfields in London and then as a professor at the London School of Economics. She teaches all the good stuff like Sec. Reg. and Biz Orgs, but also classes about the EC. With Gordon in Sweden and Caroline on board, Conglomerate is on the forefront of international corporate law!
