100-year old MLB Player dies in Pearland, Texas
Posted by Christine Hurt
Raymond Lee Cunningham only played for 14 games for the St. Louis Cardinals in 1931-32, but he remembered it for the rest of his life. Apparently a big Astros fan, and the oldest living MLB player, he died Sunday. The Houston Chronicle did not mention whether he passed away before the Astros lost, breaking their winning streak, or after.
