Immortal??  I don't even have tenure. 

Meanwhile, having admitted unlawful conduct, KPMG is fighting back.  My instincts are with KPMG on this one -- I find it a little hard to believe that the shelter consumers didn't know what they were buying.

So how many felonies does KPMG have to committ before they have to answer to the law like the rest of us poor souls?

Since there is only a "Big 4" now are the feds unwilling to prosecute? Immunity for big time auditors 'cause we don't have enough audit firms?
