This weekend is move-in weekend at many colleges and universities, and my family is taking part, but in a different way. I am visiting this semester at University of Illinois College of Law, and my husband and kids have driven down this weekend to help me get settled and get my bearings. I sort of feel like a freshman being dropped off by my family. And, like a freshman, I forgot a million things that will need to be FedExed to me on Monday! Of course, I'm not saying good-bye to my family until Thanksgiving; I will generally commute to campus three days a week. I'm looking forward to the semester, but I know I'll be a little sad when my homies go home!
