NIT v. NCAA

Sports Law Blog has an interesting analysis of an antitrust lawsuit brought by the NIT against the NCAAstating that the market for post-season tourneys is anticompetitive. Should be interesting; the coach of my undergrad alma mater will be making an appearance for the NIT -- Bobby Knight. Wouldn't it be a hoot to depose Bobby Knight?
