SOX Online Symposium

The NYU Journal of Law & Liberty is sponsoring an online symposium today, and the topic is Sarbanes Oxley. Participants include a gaggle of law professors -- former guest blogger Brett McDonnell, Larry Ribstein, Jeff Lipshaw, Allen Ferrell, Larry Backer, and Robert Ahdieh -- and Chief Justice Myron Steele of the Delaware Supreme Court.
