Retiring Subsidiary Thoughts

I have removed our sideblog, Subsidiary Thoughts, from the sidebar. Subsidiary Thoughts was designed to hold links that didn't need a lot a additional explanation. We had some fun moments, but it had become more of a burden than a benefit to the blog. Someday, we may resurrect the sideblog, but for now our blogging will be confined to this space.
