Madison: Most Romantic City

Madison was recently named the most romantic city in the United States.
Really? Romantic!?
Perhaps the judges hadn't seen this, or Boulder surely would have won the honor.

There are a great many superlatives I would be willing to award Madison, but "most romantic" is not one of them.
