Dabit Here and There

We're glad that Elizabeth could jump in and post about the Dabit case last night. Also, Larry Ribstein gives his take here and here, and Dave Hoffman chimes in here.
In Larry's first post, he quotes the opening lines of the opinion, which hearken back to the 1929 Crash that prompted federal regulation of the offer and sale of securities. Read: "Since 1929, states have proven too stupid to regulate the offer and sale of securities. Good thing we have the federal government."
