Lists, Lists, Lists
Posted by Christine Hurt

Dan Solove has updated his Law Professor Blogger Census here.  Check over there for how the law blogosphere is shaking out.  Now, we can rank law schools based on blogging activity.  If that ranking system gains traction, that would seem to make bloggers very hot properties in the job market!

Dan also links to a law student who is compiling a list of law student bloggers by law school.  (Marquette law bloggers, be sure and notify him of your blogs -- stand up and be counted!).  Maybe we'll start ranking law schools based on student blogging activity.  Student blogging seems to be as good a proxy for student body quality as any other.  Of course, I would rank law schools based on their spring follies production, such as Assault and Flattery at Texas.  Wit and intelligence are very closely intertwined.
