"Order Denying Motion for Incomprehensibility"
Posted by Gordon Smith

One of my students just forwarded this court order denying "Defendant's Motion to Discharge Response to Plaintiff's Response to Defendant's Response Opposing Objection to Discharge" on grounds of "incomprehensibility."

Read the whole order (all two pages) if you want the Billy Madison quotation.

I only wish "I'm off to school, I'm off to school, to prove to my daddy I'm not a fool" made an appearance in the official record.
