Let's see Hillary do that!

Frist

Photo-op, plus fluff piece! I'm surprised no one mentioned that the gorilla now is a staunch Republican who plans to support Frist in his presidential run.

(This is why I don't blog much about politics. My cynicism runs too deep.)

interesting that a fluff piece would include a story about how he cut out a dog's heart and held it in his hands until it stopped beating. i'm sure that will endear him to voters.

i love the jungle scrubs, though.

Larry, Are you suggesting that holding a beating heart in your hands is not a compelling image? Holy cow! It just shouts MASTER OF THE UNIVERSE!

lol. i think the fact that it's a dog's heart makes it non-compelling. however, if you just make some posters, campaign mailings, etc. with him holding the thing, i suppose it really doesn't matter where the heart comes from. it surely would bring in the indiana jones vote.

He cut out the dog's heart and it remained beating for a minute before expiring.

Sounds like a good example for the Dems to use on what Republican leadership has done to our country.

MASTER OF THE UNIVERSE, indeed.
