Congratulations, Kent Jordan!

My friend, U.S. District Court Judge Kent Jordan, was just nominated by President Bush to fill a vacancy on the Third Circuit. Kent has a wide range of experiences in private practice and public service that make him an excellent candidate for the appellate bench. Congratulations, Kent!
