The first paper up for bids in the Third Annual Conglomerate Junior Scholars Workshop is David Friedman's Reinventing Consumer Protection. The paper is available here. Beginning Monday morning, I will post the abstract and commentary from such consumer law notables as Larry Garvin, Bob Lawless, Ronald Mann and previous participant Adam Levitin, who will be beginning his new post as an assistant professor at Georgetown Law Center in the Fall.
On Wednesday, the workshop will turn its attention to Miriam Baer's Insuring Corporate Crime. The paper is available here. Beginning around noon on Wednesday, I will post the abstract and commentary from corporate law luminaries Sean Griffith, Kim Krawiec and previous participant and commentator Mike Guttentag.
