The Price of Illinois Gas

While driving back to Champaign from the St. Louis airport, we noticed that gas in Missouri was at least 25 cents cheaper than Illinois gas. My colleague Andrew Morriss recently appeared on a Bloomington radio to explain why and to say what should (not) be done about it.

I have noticed that Missouri always seems to have cheap gas, but generally bad roads. Now I know why.
