A reminder that the University of Illinois College of Law is hosting "The Mystery of Delaware's Success" this Friday, October 19, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. This conference will feature Chancellor William Chandler and Professors Bill Carney, Bob Thompson and Larry Ribstein speaking on the topic of the continued domination of Delaware corporate law.
