The Class Action Complaint Against the RIAA

We have mentioned Tanya Andersen and her extended fight with the Recording Industry Association of America. If you are interested in this dispute, you might be interested in seeing her new class action complaint, which accuses the RIAA and an investigation company, MediaSentry, of "conspiring to create an enterprise for the purpose of perpetuating a 'campaign of threat and intimidation.'" The claims include negligence, intentional infliction of emotional distress, RICO, and invasion of privacy. Given the background facts, those look like pretty strong claims.
