Really?
Notre Dame lost one out of 85 scholarships and faced no restrictions on tv or bowl appearances for the Kimberly Dunbar booster fiasco, in which she funneled 250K of her employer's $$$ to ND athletes.
I'd think the rules that apply to Notre Dame also apply to USC.
Now if it were SW Mizzou or something, they might throw the book . . .
