As someone who just bought the only Highlander Hybrid within a 3-hour driving distance, I hope that the same will hold true for the Highlander.
Gordon, do you use this situation in Contracts? When I took Contracts (in 1990), Gergen used the hypo of the Honda Accord waiting list and a breach of contract to buy or sell the Accord at less than FMV.

I bought the old style Prius in 2003 for my son, and a new style Prius in 2004 for myself. We just sold the 2003 for just a little less than we paid for it five years ago.
