DC Circuit Upholds The PCAOB from Unitary Executive Challenge

“The Supreme Court has long recognized that some types of restrictions on Presidential authority within the Executive Branch are permissible, especially in the case of independent agencies,” Judge Rogers wrote, meaning that the Board remains under the SEC's, rather than the president's supervision.  Judge Kavanaugh dissented at a length that can only mean he wants cert granted.  Hat tip: Legal Times.
