. . . arrived at 2:56 p.m. yesterday, August 12, 2008! She is obviously objectively beautiful and weighed in at 6 lbs., 3 oz. Everyone is doing wonderfully, and Champaign-Urbana can't wait to celebrate its newest resident. Congratulations, Vic and Miranda!!

Congrats to Vic and Miranda! Penelope looks very content, and she has a lovely name.
