On behalf of all of the bloggers here at The Conglomerate, I am pleased to announce that Usha Rodrigues is joining us as a permanent blogger. Usha is an Assistant Professor of Law at the University of Georgia School of Law, where she teaches courses related to contracts, business associations, and, as we learned in her most recent term as a guest blogger, Law, Literature, and Business. Usha's wide-ranging interests -- both as a scholar and otherwise -- and obvious knack for blogging promise to keep us both entertained and informed. Welcome, Usha!
