Serious Eats

Being a closet foodie, I have begun exploring the world of food blogs. Not very intensely, yet. Not until grading is complete. But I have subscribed to a few in Google Reader.

Serious Eats is starting to win me over, with posts like this light-hearted entry. And this weightier post on the artisanal cheese industry in Vermont.

Serious, indeed.
