Serious Eats

Being a closet foodie, I have begun exploring the world of food blogs. Not very intensely, yet. Not until grading is complete. But I have subscribed to a few in Google Reader.

Serious Eats is starting to win me over, with posts like this light-hearted entry. And this weightier post on the artisanal cheese industry in Vermont.

Serious, indeed.

My favorite weird snack combo would have to be grapes and milk. By all objective measures, those two things shouldn't go well together, and they probably don't in anyone's head but my own.
