Charles Koch
Posted by David Zaring
Charles Koch, a professor at William & Mary, an expert on global administrative law, and my co-chair on the ABA Administrative Law Section's International Law committee has passed away, I'm deeply sorry to report. Charles invigorated the study of the sorts of things I study, was a driving force behind a transatlantic effort that will culminate in conference this summer in Europe, and had domestic irons in the fire too. I was very much looking forward to working on these matters with him, and everyone will miss his courtly, wry approach to the business.
