Law and Entrepreneurship: A Status Report
Posted by Gordon Smith

This video contains my very personal perspective on law and entrepreneurship, delivered as a series of stories to a group of prospective law students at BYU. I am speaking without a script, so you will hear the occasional slip of the tongue (e.g., I know that the 19th Century covers the 1800s, not the 1900s), but I think this is a fair summary of how I think about the field. A lot of this will sound familiar to those who are working with me on the project of creating this field. Apologies for the unsteady camera at the beginning of the video ... it calms down after a short time.
