Breakfast with the Optimists at Culver's

Some Culver's Restaurants serve breakfasts, and they do a nice job of it. This morning I sampled some scrambled eggs, courtesy of the Cross Plains Optimist's Club, which was honoring my 11-year-old daughter as Youth of the Month. She was chosen based on teacher recommendations from elementary school children at five local schools, so her father is very proud. Of course, we didn't need the Optimist's Club to know that she is wonderful.
