Quattrone Appeals

Frank Quattrone's attorneys today filed a lengthy appeal to his 18-month sentence on three counts of obstruction of justice. Not only do his attorneys appeal on lack of evidence grounds, but also on allegations of reversible error. In the alternative, the brief argues for remand based on Booker.
