Welcome Guest Blogger Allison Christians

We are very pleased to welcome Allison Christians as a guest blogger for the next two weeks. Allison is currently a Visiting Assistant Professor at Northwestern University School of Law, and she will be joining the University of Wisconsin Law School faculty in the fall 2005 semester. (We feel very fortunate to have enticed her to Madison!) During her term as a guest blogger, Allison will be traveling to Tanzania, where she will be conducting research on issues related to tax treaties, among other things. Welcome, Allison!
