Banning "Spinning" Automobile Wheel Covers

In my ongoing effort to educate readers that I am not "pro-regulation," I would like to point out that this legislation is stupid. Spinning wheel covers on cars are ugly, but so are many other car accessories. Now if you want to outlaw windshield stickers of little boys urinating, that might be a different story.
