Guest Blogger David Hoffman

If you liked him at PrawfsBlawg, you'll love him at Conglomerate. For the next two weeks or so, David Hoffman will be headlining here. Dave is a relatively new law prof at Temple University Law School where he teaches contracts, business associations and law and economics. His scholarly work applies law and economics principles to both juries and shareholders, which is of course very interesting. Welcome!
