Bill Lerach just called and asked if Conglomerate had any shareholders he could talk to about some merger rumors. He said he could make it worth their while to fight back against managerialist empire-building. I told him we didn't have shareholders and shouted some PSLRA mumbo-jumbo at him. (The PSLRA works as Superman's cape for everyone else.) Any merger discussions here will be to truly benefit all stakeholders, such as our dear readers. Wisconsin has a stakeholder statute, so there.
Besides, I'm busy filling out this HSR form. Does anyone know what the industrial code for "blogs" is?
