Just to alleviate Vic's and Larry's concerns:  I found the industrial code for blogging and filed the HSR.  We did not get second-requested.  This administration has earmarked a few industries that they are concerned with, and when I saw "a few," I mean "a few."  Blogging is not on their radar screen.  However, since Caroline Bradley has been guest blogging with us, we've had to file with the EU.  That's going to be a whole different ballgame.
