Posted by Christine Hurt

Welcome back to Conglomerate Junior Scholars Workshop.  Today's featured paper is Accuracy Enhancement, Agency Costs, and Efficient Disclosure Regulation by Mike Guttentag.  Mike is an associate professor at the Boyd School of Law (UNLV), where he teaches both business associations and commercial law classes.  MIke is also a Ph.D. candidate at RAND Graduate School.

Our expert reviewer today is guest blogger Josh Wright, who writes and teaches in the areas of law and economics, quantitative methods, antitrust, and corporate finance (and poker).  Josh's comments appear in the post directly below this one.  Readers are encouraged to participate by joining in the comments section to that post.
