Congrats, Allison Eid!

Vic just told me that Allison Eid has been nominated to fill a vacancy on the Colorado Supreme Court. Allison is currently on leave from the University of Colorado law faculty, where she teaches torts and con law. She was in the class immediately behind me at Chicago, and I had the good fortune to be her comment editor on the law review. That was, of course, her first piece of legal scholarship, and I am taking credit for everything good that has followed. Congratulations, Allison!
