This email arrived in my box earlier today:

I would really thank you so much if help us know more about your ideas and papers in this regard and the way we could use your papre properly.

Venture capitalists in Iran? I wondered whether this were a personalized version of the Nigerian email scam. Lisa suggested that I might be the exit strategy!
