Announcing Martha Stewart's Legal Troubles
Posted by Christine Hurt
In case you didn't see the preview copy at the AALS vendor fair, you may want to take a look at Martha Stewart's Legal Troubles, a new text from Carolina Academic Press edited by friend of the Glom Joan Heminway! I just got my copy in the mail and was impressed to see not only chapters written by Joan, but also by White Collar Law Prof Ellen Podgor, Michael Siegel & Christopher Slobogin, Gerry Moohr, Stuart Green, Don Langevoort, Kathleen Brickey, Jeanne Schroeder and our very own Lisa Fairfax!
