Welcome Guest Blogger Julie Hill

Julie Hill is an Assistant Professor of Law at the University of Houston Law Center, where she teaches and researches secured finance, payment systems, and regulation of banking. Last Friday, I was pleasantly surprised to see Julie walking into my office at BYU. I trust that she has returned safely to Houston, as she will be joining us for the next two weeks as a guest blogger. Welcome, Julie!
