Welcome Guest Blogger Rob Illig

We are pleased to announce that Rob Illig of the University of Oregon School of Law will join us as a guest blogger for the next two weeks. It's appropriate that Rob follows on the heels of Tina Stark, as I met both of them through my interest in transactions. Rob is doing a lot of innovative teaching at Oregon, and he has recently been writing about hedge funds. We look forward to reading more about all of these topics over the next two weeks.
