Thanks Gordon and everyone at the Conglomerate for the invitation to visit with you these last two weeks, I've had a lot of fun.

One last thing before I go. I wanted to let the readers know about a new program I am building at George Mason Law: The Corporate Federalism Initiative. Our focus will be research into the appropriate balance of state and federal regulation in corporate governance and other areas of business law. For that, we'll have stipends for professors from GMU and other institutions to write papers on our areas of focus. Our funded scholars will also be expected to engage in the public debate through testimony on the hill, comment letters, amicus briefs, and white papers shared with and published through DC think tanks. We'll have an annual conference in the spring that will bring together regulators, Delaware Judges, attorneys and corporate academics. And we are also looking forward to developing some scholarships for students in the field. If you are interested in working on one of our topics, or in attending or participating at our annual conference, I'll have more details in the next few months that will likely be available from the GMU Law website.
