Treasury's Lawyer
Posted by David Zaring
The government's lawyer is the Department of Justice. The President's lawyer is the White House Counsel. The Attorney General's lawyer heads the Office of Legal Counsel. So who is Treasury's lawyer, now that it has a whole EESA to implement? Answer after the jump.
It's Simpson Thacher. Guess they decided to go private.
