Maybe There Will Be Rationalization?

After a lovely conference in Vancouver on New Governance and Business Regulation, one makes one's way to Denver for Law and Society. I'll outsource the parsing of the trial balloons on consolidating banking regulators (which, though it probably should happen, wasn't looking like it would happen) to Paul Kiel at ProPublica.
