Bear Stearns Hedge Fund Managers Not Guilty

You can read reactions on the not guilty verdict in the Bear Stearns hedge fund trial here and here. The old litigator in me notes that the jury, in time honored fashion, wrapped it up before what some of them perceived as a weekend - Veteran's Day is tomorrow. And that, if it isn't too meta, the good blog posts here and here made keeping one eye on this trial pretty easy (white collar crime is assuredly not my area) - and gave one the sense that the government had reason to worry.
