The Breakdown of the Public Private Distinction, at the Federalist Society
Posted by David Zaring
I'll be speaking at the Federalist Society's annual meeting tomorrow on the increasingly blurred line between the public and the private sector, and the implications for the administrative state thereof. Friend of the Glom J.W. Verret will also be on the panel. If you're a friend of the Glom as well, and an attendee at the conference, do come say hello.
