- Bainbridge on the apparent higher cost of Treasuries than Berkshire Hathaway bonds ... still not sure I entirely believe this, but you might want to go short BRK bonds now; Warren Buffet isn't going to live forever.
- Hollis on the possibility of a US China Bilateral Investment Treaty (BIT) which would create a massive demand for commercial arbitrators.
- Gawker on the SEC employee at-work internet viewing habits - it's embarrassing for the agency, but I'd love a baseline comparison for this sort of thing.
