Placebo Ethics, Now Available!
Posted by Usha Rodrigues

I'm pleased to be able to offer a link to Placebo Ethics, my paper co-authored with good friend Mike Stegemoller, final version now available for your perusal here at the Virginia Law Review's website.  Look also for Don Langevoort's thoughtful response here

A few fun facts about this event:

1. We have the honor of sharing Volume 96 Issue 1 with esteemed co-blogger Dave Zaring and Glommer-in-law Paul Stancil.  Check out Reasonable Agencies and Close Enough for Government Work: The Committee Rulemaking Game while you're at it.

2. VLR has a special place in my heart since I served as its editor-in-chief 2000-01.  My reign tenure was notable for a number of reasons, not least of which was the acquisition of a conference table that doubled as a pool table.

3. I was actually at the Law School last weekend to cheer at the Charlottesville 10-miler, and can attest that said pool table is still extant.  (And no, in case you're wondering, I didn't actually enter the Law Review offices, much less accost unsuspecting law students and start reminiscing about the good old days.  I need about 10 more years and 2 glasses of wine before I start down that dark path.)
