Welcome Guest Blogger Tamara Piety

Tamara Piety is Associate Dean For Faculty Development and Associate Professor of Law at the University of Tulsa College of Law, where she teaches an eclectic mix of classes, including corporate law, First Amendment, evidence, and criminal law. She writes primarily in the areas of about commercial speech, the First Amendment, advertising and culture, and I know that she has lots to say about recently decided and forthcoming Supreme Court cases.
