  • Have you seen the latest anti-teaching evals paper and its discontents (via Marginal Revolution)?
  • The University of Chicago belongs on a list of bad law school architecture, not the good kind.
  • I'm at a global administrative law conference in Italy, and my Italian co-conferencees are taking steps to write more papers in English, because they fear their contributions to live debates will otherwise be ignored.  Say what you like about SSRN, but I've wondered if those who don't bother with it aren't risking the same thing.  Does the same apply to book chapters?
  • Steve Davidoff on the advantages of Iowa's (very flat land of my origins) corporate law.  Nice post.
